Kidney, infection

Bladder infections, or cystitis, can eventually progress to a deeper level into the kidneys if the infection is not treated. Kidney infections, or pyelonephritis, can be dangerous, because they are sometimes asymptomatic (without symptoms). If you experience such symptoms as pain in the lower back, burning upon urination, very cloudy urine, or blood in the urine, consult a qualified physician.
