Cardamon seeds make an aromatic tea which is soothing and warming to the stomach, helping to relieve flatulence, indigestion, nausea, and diarrhea. They are used for lack of appetite and to stimulate the flow of saliva. Chewing cardamon seeds sweetens the breath.
Cardamon has a taste of SPICY and a temperature of WARM.
